This guide provides an overview of the new rules and guidance from the Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), which came
into force on 31 March 2022. The guide provides context about the financial services sector
and the requirements to strengthen operational resilience of firms. The guide considers the
road map to full compliance by 31 March 2025 for in-scope firms. It is aimed at in-house
lawyers and compliance professionals to aid compliance when advising impacted firms in their
operational resilience strategy and approach.
